On September 16, 2026, a meeting was held in Ashgabat between representatives of Ojar Aziýa and TMT Consulting Group and the China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC).

CCECC is a major Chinese state-owned engineering and construction company, founded in 1979 and part of China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC). The corporation implements full-cycle projects — from design and financing to construction and operation — in the fields of railways and roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, ports, and energy infrastructure in more than 90 countries worldwide.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation in infrastructure construction, including opportunities to implement joint projects in the region. Representatives of CCECC presented their experience in delivering full-cycle projects, from design and financing to the construction and operation of transport, energy, and social infrastructure facilities.

The parties exchanged views on potential areas of cooperation and agreed to continue the dialogue in order to develop specific proposals.
