Turkmenistan and China held talks on expanding cooperation in agriculture. The parties discussed the digitalization and modernization of the agricultural sector, innovations in farming, cotton production, seed development, raw material processing, water conservation and environmentally friendly technologies.

Chinese companies expressed strong interest in joint investment and technology projects, as well as in supplying modern agricultural machinery and equipment.

Following the talks, the parties agreed to strengthen practical cooperation, expand exchanges between specialists and implement the agreements reached. They also confirmed their readiness to take cooperation in the agro-industrial sector and agricultural technical services to a new level.
