On October 22, 2026, the China (Shanxi Province) – Turkmenistan (Ashgabat) Trade and Economic Conference was held at the Archabil Hotel in Ashgabat, bringing together representatives of the business communities of both countries.

The large-scale event, organized by the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, gathered heads of government institutions, diplomats, experts, as well as representatives of more than 70 leading Turkmen and Chinese companies. The participants focused on prospects for developing bilateral cooperation in the fields of energy, construction, logistics, and high technology.

During the conference, representatives of the business communities and executives of leading enterprises from Turkmenistan and China presented promising projects and initiatives. Ojar Asia also took an active part in the conference. A company representative delivered a presentation outlining Ojar Asia’s activities, ongoing projects, and prospects for expanding cooperation with Chinese entrepreneurs. The presentation provided an opportunity to showcase the company’s potential and identify avenues for establishing new business contacts with partners from China.

At the conclusion of the presentation, the Ojar Asia representative invited conference participants to attend the upcoming forum, which will take place on November 6–7, 2026, in Shanghai, China. The event is expected to provide an additional platform for strengthening business ties, exchanging experience, and exploring new opportunities for international partnership.
