On September 15, 2026, in Seoul, within the framework of the state visit of the Esteemed President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, to the Republic of Korea, as well as the "Central Asia – Republic of Korea" business forum, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the private enterprise "Ojar Asia" and the Korean company "S&T System Inc." on cooperation in the field of road infrastructure, security systems, and transport infrastructure management.

The signing of the Memorandum became a practical outcome of Turkmen-Korean business cooperation, opening new opportunities for the introduction of modern solutions and the development of long-term partnership between the companies of the two countries.
