As part of the Turkmen-Chinese Business Forum held in Shanghai, Individual Enterprise “Ojar Asia” reached a number of agreements with Chinese companies aimed at developing bilateral cooperation across various sectors of the economy.

Following business negotiations, the company signed Memorandums of Understanding with four Chinese companies and organizations.

In particular, an agreement was reached with Super Smart Home on cooperation in the fields of smart home technologies, artificial intelligence, and advanced intelligent systems.

The Memorandum with Link Global International Logistics consider the development of cooperation in transport and logistics services, international freight transportation, and related areas.

Cooperation with Beijing Zhongsheng Honor Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership) is aimed at strengthening trade and economic ties between Turkmenistan and China, expanding investment cooperation, establishing business contacts, and exploring opportunities for implementing joint projects.

Another area of cooperation involves a partnership with SINOMACH HI International Equipment Co., Ltd., focusing on developing trade relations and cooperation in the supply of construction and agricultural machinery, including loaders, excavators, road construction equipment, and spare parts.

The signing of these memorandums marked an important outcome of Ojar Asia's participation in the business forum and opened up additional opportunities for establishing long-term business relationships, introducing modern technologies, and implementing joint initiatives.

The Turkmen-Chinese Business Forum brought together more than 350 Chinese participants representing approximately 300 companies and organizations, as well as over 120 representatives from Turkmenistan. A total of 12 Memorandums of Understanding were signed during the forum.
