19.01.26

Turkmenistan is set to establish an interagency working group to facilitate trade procedures under the Framework Agreement on the Facilitation of Cross-Border Paperless Trade in the Asia–Pacific Region. The initiative was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Nokerguly Atagulyyev at a Cabinet of Ministers meeting, noting that similar mechanisms are already operating successfully in other participating countries.

The new body will strengthen coordination with regional and global partners, reduce administrative barriers, and enhance the efficiency of foreign trade. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov endorsed the initiative, highlighting its importance for expanding trade and economic relations, and instructed relevant authorities to proceed with its practical implementation.
