National Leader of the Turkmen People Reviews Work at the Akhal-Teke Horse Complex

The National Leader of the Turkmen People, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow, visited the Akhal-Teke Horse Complex of the President of Turkmenistan and familiarised himself with preparations for the National Turkmen Horse Festival.

Visual designs and building layout plans were presented, illustrating the ongoing modernisation of the complex under the supervision of Turkmenistan’s honoured architect Gahryman Arkadag. Currently, in accordance with the President’s directives, the renovation of the complex’s buildings and the landscaping of its entire territory are proceeding rapidly according to the approved plan.

The National Leader reviewed the presented designs, provided several remarks, made the necessary adjustments, and gave relevant guidance to the responsible officials.

In addition, Gahryman Arkadag emphasised that, as part of the preparations for the upcoming National Turkmen Horse Festival, a detailed programme of the celebrations should be developed and submitted for the President’s approval. If the programme is endorsed by the Head of State, the festive events should be organised comprehensively and at a high standard, in line with the motto of the current year.
