Investment and Partnership: Ashgabat to Host IFT 2026

On 18 March 2026, Ashgabat will host the International Forum on Attracting Investment in the Private Sector, “Investments in the Future of Turkmenistan” (IFT 2026). The event will take place at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan and is organised jointly by the Chamber and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan in partnership with TMT Consulting Group. Registration is already open, enabling companies to prepare their business agendas and investment proposals in advance.

IFT 2026 is focused on expanding private sector opportunities, fostering entrepreneurship and attracting foreign capital. Key sectors include industry, agribusiness, livestock farming, logistics, innovation and SME investment projects. The Forum serves as a platform for direct dialogue between government institutions, national companies and international investors.

The event builds on the momentum of IFT 2025, which demonstrated strong international interest, bringing together over 500 delegates from 25 countries, resulting in 21 agreements signed and 187 business meetings. IFT 2026 is expected to further strengthen business ties, expand investment channels and serve as a practical mechanism for launching new projects in Turkmenistan’s economy.
