Environmental movement and professional organisation: three years of “Young Naturalist”

On 3 October, in Ashgabat Restaurant, a festive event took place to mark the third
anniversary of the public organisation “Yash tebigachy” (“Young Naturalist”). The
celebration brought together representatives of government bodies, the diplomatic
corps, international organisations, universities, public associations, and the media.

This date became an important milestone for the organisation’s environmental
movement: in a relatively short time, “Young Naturalist” has united more than
70,000 members across the country, including school pupils, university students, and
young professionals. Over the years, the organisation has launched dozens of
initiatives – from tree planting and ecological expeditions to themed lectures and
competitions – establishing itself as the largest youth environmental association in
Turkmenistan.

A highlight of the celebration was the symbolic “Time Capsule” ceremony,
containing a message to the organisation’s future generation, to be opened in ten
years’ time. This act served as a symbol of continuity, resilience, and unwavering
commitment to nature conservation for the sake of the future.
The event was co-organised by TMT Consulting Group, a company that has already
proven itself a reliable partner in delivering official events of national and
international scale. The company ensured the professional preparation of the
celebration, including programme coordination, liaison with the diplomatic corps,
and media support.

In 2025, TMT Consulting Group has implemented a number of significant projects.
Most notably, on 18 March in Ashgabat, the international forum “Investments in the
Future of Turkmenistan” (IFT 2025) was successfully held with its support, bringing
together representatives of international organisations, investors, and business
circles. Later this month, on 30-31 October, the company will also serve as one of the
organisers of the Turkmenistan Economic Days in Frankfurt am Main, further
underscoring its high standing and expertise in the field of international
communications.
