
ADB Invites Turkmen Companies to CAREC Business Forum in Bishkek
Announcement CAREC Business Forum The Asian Development Bank (ADB), as the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) Program Secretariat, will organize the CAREC Business Forum (CBF) on 18–19 November 2025.
The forum’s theme is “Transforming CAREC Corridors—Unlocking Business Opportunities,” and it will take place ahead of the 24th CAREC Ministerial Conference, scheduled for 20 November in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
The Forum will focus specifically on CAREC Corridor 2 (which largely coincides with the Middle Corridor), with emphasis on digital transformation and resilience. The forum will unlock opportunities for public-private partnerships and investments to promote regional projects and facilitate B2B and B2G matching and collaborations.
The event offers a valuable platform to connect with senior government officials from CAREC countries, industry leaders across Asia and Europe, potential investors in the region, and ADB management and development partners.
As such, private sector participants will have a good opportunity to engage directly with:
- Senior government officials from CAREC countries;
- Development finance institutions;
- Industry leaders and private sector executives across Asia and Europe Private equity and venture capital investors exploring scalable regional opportunities Private sector peers to expand business operations beyond national borders.
If your privately owned company is based in Turkmenistan, operates in any of these sectors – smart logistics, digital trade and e-commerce, sustainable transport and smart urban mobility, green energy or sustainable tourism – and is interested in joining the CBF, ADB invites the company to register through.
After ADB’s internal review, approved companies will receive invitation letters to attend the forum in Bishkek in person. Registration for in-person participation is open until 10 October 2025 (11:59 p.m. Manila time).
