Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan Announces International Tender for Procurement of Plant Protection Products

The Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan, on behalf of the Tender Selection Commission, announces an international tender for the purchase of plant protection products under the following lots:

Lot No.1 –Herbicides for the control of monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds in cereal crops;

• Herbicides for weed control in rice crops;
• Fungicides for the protection of cereals against diseases;
• Insecticides for wheat pest control;
• Micronutrient fertilizers for wheat.

Lot No.2 – Seed treatment products for cotton.

Lot No.5 – Insecticides for locust control.

Participation requirements:

• Submit an application for participation indicating the full name of the applicant, its legal status, country of registration, contact details, and information on membership in the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan;
• Review the “Tender Rules for the Selection of Suppliers of Chemical Products for the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan”;
• Obtain the tender documents package after payment for each lot;
• Obtain the lot specifications and technical requirements.

Tender proposals will be considered only after confirmation of receipt of funds into the account.

Applications for participation in the tender are accepted at the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time.

The deadline for submitting tender proposals for all lots is 30 (thirty) business days from the date of publication of this announcement in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
