Mary Province Administration Announces Tender for the Construction of Multi-Apartment Residential Buildings

In order to meet the housing needs of citizens, the Mary Province Administration announces a tender for the selection of contractors to construct 14 seven-story multi-apartment residential buildings in the “Güneş” settlement of the city of Mary, with construction to be financed through a long-term bank loan in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 13792 of August 8, 2014, “On the Construction and Allocation of Private Residential Buildings in Turkmenistan.”

To participate in the tender, applicants are required to submit the following documents:

• A written application for participation indicating the full name of the applicant, its legal status, and information on official registration in Turkmenistan;
• Information on construction projects completed in Turkmenistan over the past three years;
• Details on the material and technical resources of the enterprise;
• A certificate from the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (for local companies).

Deadline for submission of tender proposals: by 18:00 on October 30, 2025.
