The State Corporation "Türkmengeologiýa," on behalf of the Commission for Competitive (Tender) Selection of Suppliers of the Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan, is partially re-announcing an international tender.

For the procurement of material and technical resources for the needs of the State Corporation "Türkmengeologiýa," with the participation of manufacturers and participants who are official dealers (distributors) of manufacturers:

Lot No. 4 – Motor vehicles, tractors, specialized machinery, components, and spare parts.

To participate in the tender, you are required to:

– Submit a written application (applications from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted) expressing your intention to participate in the tender, indicating the participant’s full name, legal status, country of registration, banking details, and information about the company’s activities.

– Review the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works, and Provision of Services for State Needs,” the excerpt from the “Tender Rules,” and the list of documents required to participate in the tender.

– Obtain the lot specification, technical requirements, and main terms of the contract.

Obtain an invoice for the payment of 500 (five hundred) US dollars or the equivalent in manats (excluding VAT and bank charges) for each lot to participate in the tender.
The invoice for payment will be issued after submission of the written application.

Tender document packages will be accepted in one sealed envelope containing the full tender proposal (quotation), sealed with a wax stamp, and will be considered only after the funds have been received in the account of the State Corporation "Türkmengeologiýa."
The envelope with the tender proposal (quotation) must be prepared in accordance with the list specified in the tender document package.
The tender envelope must also include an electronic version of the application form, the main terms of the contract (in Word format), and the technical and economic specification (in Excel format).

All the above documents and tender proposals should be submitted to the State Corporation "Türkmengeologiýa" at the address:

The deadline for submission of proposals is 30 working days from the date of publication in the newspaper, until 12:00 local time.
