Balkan Province Administration Announces Tender Site Grading and Leveling Works at the Balkanabat Landfill

The Balkan Province Administration announces a tender for the selection of contractor among local construction companies to carry out site grading and leveling works at the municipal solid waste landfill in Balkanabat, under the authority of the Balkanabat City Public Utilities Department of the Balkan Province Public Utilities Association

Local enterprises and organizations officially registered in Turkmenistan, regardless of ownership structure, are invited to participate in the tender.

Applicants must submit the following documents to participate:

• A written application indicating the full name of the participating company;
• Information regarding the company’s material and technical capacity;
• A certificate from the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (required for private companies).

Tender submissions are accepted daily from 09:00 to 18:00 until October 31, 2025, at the address indicated below.
