The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan launches Online Services
The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) has taken a significant step toward digitalization: on March 31, 2026, at an official presentation held at the Turkmenistan Trade Complex, online services integrated into the exchange infrastructure were introduced.
What Has Changed for Market Participants?
The key innovation is the Personal Account platform on the official SCRMET website. Exchange participants — both public sector representatives and private businesses — can now interact with the exchange entirely remotely.
The new system offers the following capabilities:
* Online document management — submission, processing, and registration of documents without an in-person visit;
* Self-service data management — entering information, uploading documents, and downloading up-to-date application forms;
* Financial monitoring — submitting documentation through the dedicated section of the platform;
* Direct communication with operators — prompt consultations with exchange staff to clarify information or complete a document package.
The introduction of these new tools is aimed at enhancing the accessibility and efficiency of exchange services.
