Turkmennebit State Concern Announces International Tender for Modernisation of Automated Electronic Information System

The Turkmennebit State Concern, on behalf of the tender committee, announces international tender No. 203 for the development of a project to modernise the automated electronic information system of the Concern’s enterprises, the introduction of new systems, the implementation of a full range of related works, and the preparation of tender proposals.
Only companies that meet the requirements specified in the tender documentation are eligible to participate.
To participate in the tender, applicants must apply at the Turkmennebit State Concern building and:
submit a written application indicating the full name of the bidder, legal status, country of registration and bank details;
review the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Execution of Works and Provision of Services for State Needs”, the “Rules for Conducting Tenders”, and other required documentation;
•     obtain the main technical requirements of the tender and the principal terms of the contract;

•     obtain bank details to pay a non-refundable participation fee of USD 1,725 or the equivalent amount in Turkmen manat (excluding VAT and bank charges).
Tender proposals will be accepted within 30 working days from the date of publication of the announcement in the newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan” until 12:00 local time.
The complete tender proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope certified with an official stamp. Evaluation of proposals will begin after the funds have been transferred to the account.
The envelope must include:
•     an electronic version of the application form;
•     the main contract specifications (Word format);
•     technical and economic specifications (Excel format).
