Turkmengaz State Concern Announces Tender for Procurement of Material and Technical Resources

The Turkmengaz State Concern announces open tender No. T/GAZ-016 for the procurement of material and technical resources.

Lots:

Lot No.1 – Pipes and metal products

Lot No.2 – General plant equipment

Lot No.3 – Process equipment

Lot No.4 – Electrical equipment, measuring instruments and automation systems

Only manufacturers that meet the requirements specified in the tender documentation are eligible to participate.

To participate in the tender, applicants must:

submit a written application indicating the full name of the company, its legal status, country of registration and bank details;

review the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Execution of Works and Provision of Services for State Needs”, the “Rules for Conducting Tenders”, and other required documents;

obtain the lot specifications, relevant technical requirements and the main terms of the contract;

obtain bank details to pay a non-refundable participation fee of USD 500 for each lot, or the equivalent amount in Turkmen manat (excluding VAT and bank charges).

Tender proposals will be accepted until 15:00 local time on 22 April 2026.

Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Bank details for payment will be provided upon submission of the written application.

From the moment the announcement is published, the complete tender proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope certified with an official stamp to the address indicated above. Evaluation of proposals will begin after the funds are transferred to the account.

The envelope must include:

an electronic version of the application form;

the main contract specifications (Word format);

technical and economic specifications (Excel format).
