Tatneft PJSC Branch in Turkmenistan Announces Tender for Leasing a Caterpillar C-27 Industrial Engine

The Turkmenistan branch of Tatneft PJSC announces tender No. 2026/13 for the lease of a Caterpillar C-27 industrial engine for temporary use, as well as for the provision of full technical maintenance and repair services during the period of operation. The tender will be conducted in the national currency — Turkmen manat.

To participate in the tender, applicants must:

•     submit a written application indicating the full name of the bidder, legal status, country of registration and bank details (applications from companies registered in offshore zones or holding bank accounts in such zones will not be accepted);

•     the technical requirements (specifications) will be sent to the email address indicated in the application.

Tender proposals will be accepted within 10 working days from the date of publication of the announcement in the Nebit-Gaz newspaper or on the website www.oilgas.gov.tm until 18:00 local time.
The tender proposal must be prepared as PDF files placed in a password-protected RAR archive (with a password of at least 8 characters) and sent to the specified email address.
Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
