Dashoguz International Airport Announces International Tender for the Procurement of UPS Equipment

Dashoguz International Airport, operating under the State Service Türkmenhowaýollary, announces an international open tender for the procurement of 12 units of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) equipment of various capacities for installation in electrical power systems

To participate in the tender, interested parties are required to:

Submit a written application expressing intent to participate, including the full legal name of the applicant, its legal status, country of registration, and banking details.
Pay a non-refundable tender participation fee of $50 (fifty US dollars) or the equivalent in Turkmen manat (VAT included). Payment instructions will be provided upon submission of the written application.
Tender proposals must be submitted to the Tender Review Committee at Dashoguz International Airport, Dashoguz, Turkmenistan.

Submission deadline: Proposals will be accepted within 30 business days from the date of official publication in the newspaper Neytralny Turkmenistan, no later than 4:00 PM local time on the final day. Late submissions will not be considered.

One sealed and stamped envelope containing the complete tender proposal must be delivered to the address above. Proposals will be reviewed only after confirmation of payment receipt.

Proposals must be submitted in two separate sealed and stamped envelopes — one containing the technical portion and one containing the pricing portion. The submission package must include an electronic version of the questionnaire and key contract terms in Word format, as well as a technical and commercial specification in Excel format.
