Turkish Airlines boosts Ashgabat–Istanbul flight frequency

30.03.26

Turkish Airlines has announced a major expansion of its flight program on the Ashgabat–Istanbul–Ashgabat route, strengthening connectivity between Central Asia and one of the world’s leading aviation hubs.

From March 29 to October 25, 2026, the airline will increase frequencies to 17 flights per week. The increase in flight frequency is driven by growing demand for air travel between Turkmenistan and Turkey.

According to the airline, the move is expected to enhance business travel, tourism flows, and cultural exchange, while offering seamless connections to Turkish Airlines’ extensive global network via its hub in Istanbul.
