Romania and Turkmenistan Strengthen Business Cooperation

On May 5, 2026, in Ashgabat, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Romania to Turkmenistan, Ion Naval, held an introductory meeting with representatives of TMT Consulting Group.

During the talks, the parties discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation, including the development of investment projects, the exchange of expertise in consulting, and the implementation of modern business solutions.

Special attention was given to opportunities for expanding partnerships between Romanian and Turkmen companies, as well as supporting joint initiatives in the fields of digitalization and infrastructure development. The participants noted their mutual interest in strengthening business ties and expressed readiness for further dialogue.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue contacts and to work on specific areas of cooperation in the near future.
