New social facilities are planned in Turkmenistan for 2026

In 2026, 76 residential buildings and 127 two‑storey cottages are planned to be commissioned in Ashgabat, along with 30 houses in the “Parahat‑7” complex and 46 modern homes in the Büzmeýin district. The capital will also see the opening of the International Paediatrics Centre, the International Scientific and Clinical Oncology Centre, a Dental Centre, and a 4,000‑seat multifunctional cultural centre. A new 400‑bed building will be added to the Archman sanatorium.

Additionally, a section of the Ashgabat–Turkmenabat high‑speed highway will be completed in 2026, along with a multipurpose power station and a modern village in the Gyzylarbat district. Residential buildings and a complex of facilities will be commissioned in the Guvlymayak settlement of the Turkmenbashi district. New buildings will also open at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction and the Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi.
