National Leader Congratulates Turkmen People on the Upcoming Year of the Horse

The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow, congratulated citizens on the upcoming Year of the Horse according to the Eastern calendar, highlighting horses as a symbol of national pride and the country’s great achievements. In his message, he wished the nation happiness, prosperity, and the fulfilment of dreams in the new year.

The National Leader also congratulated the country on the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality, calling it a “fundamental doctrine of unity and well-being.” He emphasised the significance of the International Forum held in Ashgabat on 12 December at the level of heads of states and international organisations, noting that the event strengthened peace and trust and confirmed international support for Turkmenistan’s foreign policy based on neutrality and peaceful principles.
