Expanding International Partnership with China

On April 30, 2026, TMT Consulting Group hosted a high-level working meeting with He Zhenwei, President of the China Overseas Development Association, and representatives of several leading Chinese companies.

During the talks, both parties explored prospects for deepening international cooperation under China's landmark Belt and Road Initiative, as well as strategies for attracting foreign investment and facilitating the entry of Chinese businesses into the Turkmenistan market. At the centre of the discussions was the establishment of effective platforms for business engagement, including the organization of business tours and joint events — among them forums, conferences, and investment sessions.

He Zhenwei mentioned the Association's pivotal role as a bridge between government and the private sector, reaffirming its commitment to supporting foreign economic activity and delivering expert advisory services. For his part, the Director of TMT Consulting Group expressed strong interest in broadening the partnership, citing potential collaboration on international projects and educational programs as key areas of mutual benefit.

The meeting concluded on a forward-looking note, with both sides confirming their intent to strengthen ties and advance joint initiatives in the fields of overseas investment and business exchange.
