TMT Consulting Group Opens Doors for Young Innovators

At the beginning of autumn, the start-up competition for young innovators, “Turkmenistan – a Land of Opportunities”, was announced, marking the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Neutrality. We are proud to note that our company, TMT Consulting Group, acted as a partner and sponsor of this significant initiative, supporting the efforts of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the Central Council of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, and the Magtymguli Youth Organisation.

The selection of participants was held in two categories: information technology and food security. Following the first stage, 23 semi-finalists were chosen from hundreds of applications, their ideas demonstrating remarkable potential and innovative thinking.

At the TMT Consulting Group venue, masterclasses, training sessions, and practical workshops were organised for the semi-finalists. Experienced professionals shared tools and methodologies for developing, testing, and bringing projects to the stage of viable products. 

In addition to the training, professional visits were arranged, including a trip to the Ojar Aziya holding company office, where young innovators could observe real-world business processes and the practical application of technology.

These activities allowed the semi-finalists not only to deepen their knowledge but also to broaden their horizons, representing an important step in the realisation of their ideas and projects.
